Product Hub is a centralized product information management system for maintaining product and store data used across Antavo platforms. It provides a single source of truth that can supply consistent catalog information to the Loyalty Engine, Promotion Engine, Optimizer, and connected systems.
Product data can be maintained manually in the Management UI or transferred in bulk through import and export jobs.
With Product Hub:
Product information can be organized using a flexible catalog structure.
Product and category records can be maintained manually or transferred in bulk.
Product values can be localized and maintained separately for different channels.
Store and store-group information can be maintained centrally for use in location-based configurations.
Product, category, store, and store-group information can be used consistently by supported Antavo products.
Product and category data can be exported for use in connected systems.
