        Article summary

        The Uniform customer profile module enables the registration of profile information during member registration by consolidating customer fields and opt_in event attributes.

        Customer attributes can be incorporated in two ways:

        • Added as a new event attribute of the profile event under the Custom events module

        • Included as a customer field customer field under the Settings > Customers tab.

        The module facilitates the inclusion of these attributes in the opt_in (registration) event, ensuring their storage in the designated customer fields.

        In these two screenshots below,  you can see how the customer field configured under the Customers menu can be incorporated into the registration event when adding a new customer to the loyalty program.

        In this example, if the customer attribute is set up under the Customers tab of the Settings menu, and a customer is manually registered via the Create customer action button in the Customer insights menu, the defined customer field will be included in the registration event.

        The module does not have a configuration interface in the Management UI. To verify if the module is enabled, navigate to the Modules menu and search for the Uniform customer profile module in the list.
