Thank you page

After customers redeem rewards on the Spend points page of the membership site, they are redirected to the default Thank you page that provides further information about how they can retrieve their rewards.

To edit this page:

• Navigate to the Settings page of the Management UI

• Click Design on the left side of the page

• Search for the thank-you page in the Factory page list

• Click Edit

If you prefer your customer to be redirected to a page with customized messaging instead of the default one (for example, a page containing specific participation details for a workshop), you have the flexibility to multiple custom thank you pages. Custom thank you pages can be used to define the thank you page of individual rewards or reward categories. We use the following priority when displaying the thank you page for the customer:

1. Reward thank you page

2. Reward category thank you page

3. Default thank you page

This is how to create a new custom thank you page:

• Navigate to the Settings page of the Management UI

• Click Design on the left side of the page

• Click the Create button on the top right side of the page

• Name the page and click Create

• Use the Design editor to customize the page

Once the custom page has been created, you will be able to find it as a selectable thank you page in the dropdown list under the Thank you page section of the Reward editor, the Reward Category editor, and in the Custom pages list on the Design page, where you can edit it anytime.

Please note that your changes will go live immediately after clicking the Save button in the editor.
