Reward claim notification

The reward claim email is sent to customers when they redeem their points, or when a workflow assigns a coupon to their account. This email is triggered if you have enabled notifications in the reward editor settings
Follow these steps to customize the reward claim email:
Navigate to the Settings page of the Management -UI
Click Emails on the left side of the page
Search for the Reward is claimed email in the email list
Click the hamburger button and select the Edit option
Edit all the texts using our WYSIWYG editor by clicking on the content of the email
Use our built-in HTML and CSS editor for further customization
Send yourself a test email to see how the email will look from a program member’s perspective. Click the hamburger button on the Emails page and click the Test send option.
