The reward claim email is sent to customers when they redeem their points, or when a workflow assigns a coupon to their account. This email is triggered if you have enabled notifications in the reward editor settings
Follow these steps to customize the reward claim email:
- Navigate to the Settings page of the Management -UI 
- Click Emails on the left side of the page 
- Search for the Reward is claimed email in the email list 
- Click the hamburger button and select the Edit option 
- Edit all the texts using our WYSIWYG editor by clicking on the content of the email 
- Use our built-in HTML and CSS editor for further customization 
Send yourself a test email to see how the email will look from a program member’s perspective. Click the hamburger button on the Emails page and click the Test send option.
