Log retention times

As part of Antavo’s data protection efforts, automated methods have been implemented that periodically clear collections of data logs related to the activities of loyalty program members and Backoffice users.
Please refer to the table below for the retention time of the registered log entries.

A log entry is generated each time a workflow is executed. These entries encompass workflow execution times, the paths taken within workflows, entities involved in workflow executions, and any errors that may arise. | 30 days | |
If a reward locking mechanism is enabled within the Reward module settings, the reward lock log tracks customers prohibited from repeatedly claiming the same rewards within the configured time frame. | The retention time is configurable in the Management UI. | |
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
| A log entry is generated after each synchronization call to both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. These logs capture both the outbound request data and the response received from Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. | 30 days |
A log entry is generated for every customer data synchronization made to Magento 2. These logs include the outbound request data and also the response from Magento 2. | 30 days | |
A log entry is generated for outbound webhook calls triggered by Webhook message workflow nodes. Logs detail the outbound request data as well as the response received from the destination. | 90 days | |

A log entry is generated when a Management UI user is temporarily banned for 10 minutes following five unsuccessful login attempts. | Entries are automatically deleted once the 10-minute ban expires. |
