The Clubs module allows you to create club templates and set specific rules that enable customers to create or join public or private clubs, and invite other loyalty members to join them. Club members can contribute points to the club's point balance, and spend club points to claim rewards.
This loyalty program mechanism encourages customer engagement and participation, and supports the collective earning and burning of points according to a pre-defined logic in both small and large groups (e.g., family, friends, community or charity groups).
To use the Clubs feature, you need to set up a point-earning system in your workspace beforehand. You can do this either in the Points Economy module or in the Multi-Accounts module. Find details about rewarding customers with points and setting up the point-earning logic in Incentivized purchase.
To allow club members to claim rewards using club points, you need to set up rewards with the appropriate point source.
