# Maitre'D

**Maitre'D** is a point-of-sale (POS) software system tailored for the hospitality industry, offering features like inventory and table management, reporting, and payment processing.

Integrating Maitre'D with Antavo enhances the customer experience by capturing data for personalized promotions and rewards, fostering loyalty and revenue growth.

To access the configuration page, navigate to the Modules menu and search for the Maitre’D integration. Click **Configure** to access two tabs: **Settings**and**Logs**.

## Settings

The **Authentication** section requires a username and a password. These are both mandatory fields.

- User Enter the name of the Maitre'D user to be connected to Antavo.
- Password Input the API key corresponding to the username.

The **Settings** section lists the following options:

- External ID: This field is associated with Maitre'D 'folio' ID.
- Enable logging: Check this box to enable event logging by Antavo.
- Log only failed requests: Check this box to enable logging of failed requests only.

## Logs

The Maitre’D module’s **Logs** tab displays the recorded event logs.

On this page, you’ll find the ID, date, the request and response content for each activity, and a code indicating the success or failure of the synchronization process.
