# Email settings

The **Email settings** tab provides a dropdown menu to select the transport type for sending Management UI-generated emails, such as password reset emails, to users.

There are three services available, each requiring specific fields for configuration:

- **Default** Choose this option to use the pre-configured email service provided by Antavo.
- **Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)** Required fields:
  - Host
  - Port
  - Username
  - Password

- **Amazon Web Services-Simple Email Service (AWS-SES)** Required fields:
  - Host
  - Port
  - Access key
  - Secret key
